1318 12th St,Extensive market knowledge, dedication to her clients, and a killer eye for design are some of the many traits you can expect when working with Hillary Hutter. Primarily serving Whatcom and Skagit Counties and the surrounding area, Hillary has many years of sales and real estate experience, coupled with a lifetime of area knowledge of Washington State.
Born and raised in Bellingham, Hillary’s real estate journey began long before obtaining her real estate license. Passionate about the industry, Hillary has wanted to be an agent for a decade. Before becoming an agent, she led a thriving career in sales and fitness, working with clients to help them achieve their wellness goals. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
Marrying her passion for real estate and interior design with her sales background, she obtained her real estate license in 2018 and became a full-time agent in 2020, where she has hit the ground running ever since.
With her extensive sales background and her design eye, Hillary offers a fresh perspective to her clients, giving them unique insight into the local market and extensive knowledge of the area’s properties. She helps her buyers explore the possibilities with properties they might have otherwise overlooked and helps her sellers highlight the best features of their properties, getting her clients top-dollar for their properties. Hillary goes above and beyond for her clients at every turn.
Hillary has many passions beyond her real estate career, including community outreach and animal advocacy. She regularly volunteers at The Noah Center in Stanwood, walking rescue dogs every Monday. She also donates a minimum of 20% of her transactions to animal rescue groups. She is also the proud owner of Dylan, her beautiful quarter horse, and Olive, her lovely Staffordshire/Pitbull mix. When she isn’t matching clients to their dream homes, you can find Hillary spending quality time with her family, hanging out with their pets, horseback riding, hiking, preparing culinary dishes, and spending as much time outside as possible.
