Hillary was the best Realtor® a first time home buyer could ever ask for! She was on top of everything, listened to what we wanted, and always went above and beyond for us. We had no clue what we were doing when we started this process, and Hillary was there every step of the way. She was always ready to respond within minutes, at anytime of the day. She’s a go-getter and will amaze you at how knowledgeable she is in the industry. Two months after closing on our home I had a random home question, and I called her up and she was right there ready to answer any questions. We will continue to use Hillary as our Realtor® in the future of selling and buying a home, when that time comes. Hillary is by far the best Realtor® that I have ever met, or worked with. She listens to everything you have to say, she's excellent at discerning what you want, she is always quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls. She is 100% all in on each client that she takes, and she works above and beyond. Prior to this our home-buying and selling experiences had been so-so at best. If you want to find your dream home, sell your home, etc. you simply have to go with Hillary. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Hillary to buy a house earlier this year. Hillary is such an incredible real estate agent that she made the process easy. That’s saying a lot considering the crazy pandemic-fueled housing market and that we’re relocating from across the country. Hillary was dedicated to finding the right house for our family despite these challenges though. First off, Hillary responded immediately to our texts and emails. Plus, we were informed as soon as a new property hit the market and she was always honest and insightful when we asked for her opinion. She’s highly knowledgeable about the housing market and the communities she serves. In fact, with all her insider connections, it felt like we were being helped by a close friend. When we expressed interest in a house, Hillary set up an appointment by the next day for a virtual viewing since we were out of state. (It’s awesome having a Realtor® who’s great with technology.) When it came time to put in an offer, Hillary was an amazing communicator and extremely fast and motivated. She got us our dream home despite competing bids, and for a good price! Plus, once we had an accepted offer, she diligently led us through the paperwork process. I’m convinced we’d be renting and searching for a home into the fall if we hadn’t gone with Hillary as our Realtor®. On top of all that, I’ve just never met someone so positive, hardworking, fun and competitive. If you’re lucky enough to work with Hillary to buy or sell, congratulations! I would bet that she’s probably one of the savviest and driven agents in the PNW.

I’m going to try to put into words how amazing my experience with Hillary was during these trying times. If you want a fighter, shark, expert Realtor® talk to her! This was my first home and had talked to a few Realtors® before my mom found Hillary, which honestly was the best thing that could have happened. We saw a total of I’d say 10 houses each with its pros and con and through each of them, she thoroughly went over the pros and cons with us and explained the potential. Finally, we put in our third time a charming offer which we had discussed and finally got accepted, you’d think that was the end but oh no this house was very trying. Through each bump in the road, and believe me, there were many, she was there to calm and ease our minds and was super supportive and explained everything to get us to understand what was going on and held our hands, and helped me with my patience. Not only did she negotiate a great offer but during inspection and VA appraisal she negotiated costly repairs covered by sellers that made significant changes to our house. She was always there to explain and dummy-proof everything for me. Couldn’t ask for a better Realtor®! I would 100% recommend her to any and everyone. Very professional and understanding! Hillary was such a huge help to me in the adventure of buying me a forever home, I was renting a condo in Oak Harbor and she helped me every step of the way. I am a first-time homeowner and for me, the process was very overwhelming at first I was trying to look up homes on my own and I was all but ready to just forget the whole thing.
